This elegant French antique armoire is in the Louis XV style and dates from c1890.

Painted in Farrow and BalL, lightly distressed and given a soft wax finish.

The armoire has some very decorative features including a wonderful crest with shell to the shaped top with featuring flowers and leaves to the sides, carved legs and shaped original bevelled glazed doors.

The interior is fitted with shelving.
 
There are some very minor knocks and bumps but this is in
keeping with the age of the armoire - c.1890.
